Say you randomly press a few notes on the fretboard and it sounds amazing. What chord is that?! Well, this is your go-to. Simply put the note on the interactive fretboard and see (if you download the sound you can even hear it!). The site also offers a whole bunch of lessons and practice tools on music theory. It’s a must-have in every guitarist’s bookmark.

Easy Guitar Tabs offers all of the most useful tools you can imagine. A tab editor, a chord analyzer/diagram maker, and a scale diagram/tab maker!
Their chord tool is a combination of Oolimo and Chord Pic. It identifies the chords, lets you play it out loud to hear it, shows you the chord structure, offers lots of parameters to tweak and most importantly, it allows you to create a collection of chords and print it out.
On top of that, they also have a web based tab making tool and a scale learning tool. It’s quite crazy how this site is operating for free. They do have some paid pro features but the free features are more than enough.
Personally I have not tried their tab editor as I have been a loyal Guitar Pro user 😆

Loopit is by far THE MOST convenient looping mobile app I’ve found so far. Needing to slow things down and repeat a small section of a song is a part of life for every musician. Loopit makes it super easy for you as it supports audio files from your phone, videos you took or saved in your camera roll, annnnnd most importantly it also supports YouTube videos with just an URL!
Once added, you can pick the section you want to loop and control the speed. The UI is super clean, super easy to use AND it’s ad-free. Seriously I cannot recommend this app more! Here are two comments I can add:
